Mexican Cornbread

2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Cup Self Rising Corn Meal
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Can Cream Style Corn
1 Bell Pepper - chopped
1 Onion - chopped

note: you can half ingredients for smaller serving.
Directions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 x 9 inch pan or muffin pan. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into greased pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
